The first time I went I had Staphony I think that’s her name (service rep). She was EXCELLENT !! This time I came I had Edwin who knew I knew NOTHING about anything. I told him the problem that was wrong with the car which was a fuse and also park assist kept appearing on. At first he said nothing was wrong then…. He called and said, you have a fuse which keep popping out and it will cost $399.00 plus tax ( of course). I knew nothing about fuses. I knew the problem because…. I knew the man mess with the fuse then the fan stayed on. After talking with my angry husband telling me he lied fuses don’t pop out. Then I talked to Edwin and he act as if he never said it. We needed service on a used Chevy purchased out of town last year. It developed a problem that potentially made it unsafe to drive and the local Chevy dealership couldn’t give us a service appointment until the next week. They couldn’t promise that the car would even be looked at on the day of the appointment. You don’t get a loaner car until they’ve determined what the problem is and how long they’re going to have to keep it. We spoke to Edwin Mejia at Sullivan Cadillac and we’re told to bring in the car the next day and that it would be serviced under the warranty. We dropped it off and got it back less than 8 hours later with the original problem fixed as well as a recall item that we didn’t even know about and all at no cost. I spent almost 2 hours waiting for an oil change and 1 tire patch and I was the only person there! Very pour service there and management doesn't care. After I received my car it wasn't wipe down from the wash and now I'll have water spots and they changed my settings on my dash! Why would they change them!?

Still an Ocala landmark. I always feel better about my car when I have my car worked on here. Big thanks to Phoenix she kept the process smooth and professional.
