We've purchased 2 vehicles from Bob here. They were both cheap Jeep Libertys. 1 had a small brake issue, and was fixed immediately. The 2nd one had a bad motor. Bob literally (and I mean literally) ended up putting in 2 more different motors, till it was right. Was I out of a vehicle for a couple of weeks? Yes. Did I get it fixed for no additional cost, eating up all of his proceeds from the sale? Also, yes. When you pay $5000 for a vehicle, you get a $5000 vehicle. If you want a mint condition vehicle, go buy new. If you have an issue, and they fix it, be appreciative. Shit happens, and they seem VERY accommodating to fix any issues. Kelly Donahue Holbrook, MA

These days there's allot of shady dealers out there and I can confidently say Sullivan Motors is NOT one of them. I bought a jeep liberty from them a few months ago and wanted to wait until I had the car for a little bit before I posted my review. Their customer service is impeccable. I work off hours and they waited a little bit past close to help me get a car. They were extremely transparent with everything, from the car maintenance to any fees associated with the billing. After buying the jeep from them they got me plates and I was on the road within a week. Hands down my new go to place for family, friends, and myself. Highly recommend! 10/10

Ed is incredible. Got a flat tire late at night, by a stroke of luck I pulled into the Knights of Columbus next door, couldn’t get the rusted tire off and AAA unable to come out…met Ed the next morning who took my car right over and replaced the tire no problem! Loves dogs too so that’s a bonus. Thanks Ed!!

Spoke to Bob ( not the owner,the salesman.)He was a great help. Very good with honest answers to all my questions. No pressures,just very informative. And I bought a tire at a great price too! Thanks to the tire guy too. Good job. Awesome experience.

I took my son’s car here to have a tire mounted and balanced. The mechanic, who’s name I didn’t catch but he kinda reminded me of Joe Walsh back in his Eagles days, was super fast and friendly. Took me right in and had it taken care of. Only a little over 20 bucks. Had a nice conversation with the owner, Bob, about a yard project I’m doing and he had some suggestions of where I might find materials. Nice business.
