I had one of the most unexpectedly positive service experiences recently at Sullivan Tire in Leominster, MA. I brought my car in for new tires and an alignment and, like many customers, mentally prepared for the familiar follow-up call. You know the one: additional recommendations, upgraded options, a sense of urgency to add “just one more thing” while the car is already on the lift. That call never came. Instead, I received a simple message: “Just wanted to let you know your car is ready for pickup.” That was it. When I arrived, I mentioned to the associate that I had fully expected some form of tire or service upsell, based on past experiences with competitors. Friendly atmosphere, A good, Well informed bunch. I had a set of tires put on in January, Had slight Leak around The valve stem they took it in and fixed it no problem,and no Xtra charges.

This was my first time using Sullivan Tire in Leominster, and I was really impressed. The price was comparable to other shops, but the service stood out—friendly, professional, and quick. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be going back for future service.

Always great service at Sullivan. They are honest and informative. My car is getting close to 100k miles and I’m new at what needs to be done at this point. They provided me with recommendations on what I should do now and what can wait/I can do next time. I appreciate this level of service and not feeling pressured to do a ton of maintenance that can get pricey quick! I trust and appreciate their expertise.
