My experience was top notch from start to finish. Not only did I receive great help selecting tires, but I was able to have them put on THE NEXT DAY. What a miracle that was! Furthermore, the customer service was stellar. I dropped my car off late last night and realized that I'd left my house key (not my car key) in the dropbox envelope. I panicked about this and called your shop. Imagine my surprise when a complimentary Lyft driver showed up at my front door, took the car key, and delivered it to you - all by 10 am today! I have new tires, new friends and a wonderful story to tell. I will recommend Sullivan Tire to everyone I know. Thank you!

Great experience from start to finish! They even provided us with free transportation to/from our house, which wad a huge bonus and much appreciated. We got in on a four tires for the price of three deal. Theresa, the receptionist extraordinaire, was phenomenal. She really carries the weight of this place with style & grace. It's not as easy job, but she handles it by extending respect and kindness, which makes all the difference in the world! Sullivan is SO lucky to have her! The one thing that was kind of petty, was that one of our tires was missing a lugnut ($9) and they called us mid-process to get the ok on replacing it, which when you're spending $800 seems kind of ridiculous not to just give it on a complimentary basis, but other than this, we highly recommend this particular locati

The best service I have ever had! I got 4 new tires but 1 wasn’t there but they did everything they could to get that tire and made me feel comfortable and priority when the tire came in. The team at Sullivan tire in west newton goes above and beyond and I will only take my car there for now on. I had a flat tire and had the doughnut on the vehicle. The employee at the desk was so nice and helpful. The mechanic was very helpful and told me the tire could not be fixed, I was not charged for this, I tried to pay but they declined. I would highly recommend Sullivan Tire.

I had a great experience at Sullivan Tire. My tire exploded in the morning, needed two new tires, and I was in a bind and they got it done in a day. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. Ozzy and Dennis did a great job. They got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.
