Service was really good the guys were nice and very helpful. I felt as if everything they told me was fair and correct for the job that needed to be done. Appreciate everything they have done.

I scheduled an appointment last week for today, October 16th, at 8:00 AM. I dropped off my van right on time, expecting the service to be completed as agreed. However, by the end of the day, nothing had been done, and I was told they couldn’t get to it anymore. I lost a full day of work because of this and had scheduled everything in advance to avoid exactly this type of situation. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. The disappointment doesn't stop here. Went in and made an appointment to replace two truck tires, took time off and showed up early only to be greeted with "your tires were not ordered". Town Fair Tire gets my service from now on.

These guys are awesome! They are thorough, polite and extremely fair and reasonable. My whole family brings our cars there instead of our auto dealer service center, despite the fact that a relative works there, because all technicians and staff here are so much more trustworthy and accommodating.

Ruined my car never tightened any of the bolts wheel went sideways. I should have known they left my window down after hours and broke equipment in rear the trunk by throwing a tire on it.
