Came in with a slow leak and they took me right away. When they discovered the flat was not repairable they called nearby tire shops for inventory and price. As soon as I brought a new tire back to them they had it finished within 1/2 hour. Great customer service!

My husband I have have taken our cars here for years. We have always had a really good experience. I just had my 4 Runner towed into the shop because the check engine light came on. They fixed the issue (spark plugs and ignition coils), completed my state inspection and returned the car to me in 48 hours. Chelsea was very knowledgeable and kept me informed thought the process. We highly recommend this shop.

I towed my car to there because it wouldn’t start. I had asked beforehand before I took it there as it would cost me every time when I move my car. I told them my car was side-swiped before and ask to check to see if something might be loose. The car was there for over 10 days, and updates were very slow and limited — I had to keep calling to check the status. When I dropped it off, my 12V battery was fine, but by the time I got the car back, it was dead. Initially, they suspected a battery issue and it would cost me over 5k to get a new one so I told them if it was a battery issue, my warranty would cover it, but days went by without any confirmation on the problem, I was told they need more time. Eventually, I was told that they couldn’t figure out the actual problem and told me to take

Took my car here after it shut down. They charged me $100 for a diagnostic, which then showed “multiple codes” according to them. They told me it was engine failure and repair cost was $10k (How did they know it was engine failure, along with such a specific and high price, with just seeing error codes? They didn’t actually look at anything inside the car or engine) Ended up taking my car to a family friend’s shop instead, his FREE diagnostic test (I’ve never had to pay for just a diagnostic, and definitely not $100) showed one error code. He added some fluids to my cars engine and it’s running now. I won’t be coming back here.
