My husband and I stopped at this car lot to look at some work vans. He is Hispanic and I am white. We got out of the truck and went opposite ways on the lots looking. One salesman came outside to talk to me. He went inside and talked to another to get some pricing. Inside the salesman told him they didn't have anything under 20k whilst the outside salesman showed me 4 vans under 10k. When my husband came outside, the outside salesman was aggravated to hear what he had been told. He knocked on the window to to get the inside salesman to ask him what he was doing. The inside salesman then came outside stuttering and hurriedly showed me the same couple of vans the outside salesman had just shown me. All whilst puffing away on his vape. I purchased a 2016 Ford Mustang GT from this dealership. After 30 days, I still had not received the certificate of title or the check for the taxes that I paid. The reason they owe me a check for the taxes I paid is because I paid taxes at the time of purchase in Ohio, yet I live in Georgia. It is their responsibility to send me that money so I can register the vehicle in Georgia and pay the Georgia taxes. They acknowledged they owe me this money. They told me twice that they’ve mailed it to me. Never received a check from them. Now they will not take my phone call. Also ignoring my emails. This Dealership is trying to steal $1749 from me. I’ve tried reaching them dozens of times over the last month.

Extremely por customer service. Purchased a 2016 dodge ram promaster that threw a code for the transmission the service manager said it would need a new transmission put in it so they put a used on in it that didn't last 3 days then had it for over a month to replace it with another new one nope used and now it's out again when I've called all I get is I'll call you back and don't get nothing also they sold me the van with a cracked windshield witch im pretty sure is against the law to do so and it's still not taken care of

They sold my family a used mini-van. On the drive home the engine light came on. The codes read for torque converter out of range and manual shift overheat. There was also a leak in the radiator which we had to replace. Currently, it is being worked on by a transmission specialist to find out what the problem is. They sold us the vehicle as if nothing was wrong with it and clearly reset the codes before letting us test drive it. We regret not driving it longer on the test drive, not bringing a code reader with us, and most importantly we regret doing business with them in the first place. Do not but a vehicle here. They are not trustworthy.
