I’m so glad I was recommended this place by a friend the day before. We were so frustrated at Enterprise with all of their strict rules the morning we were supposed to leave, so we went straight here. They were incredibly fast and easy, had a much lower deposit, helped me out with being a young renter, didn’t charge a late fee when we had to go back out and vacuum it, cash deposit refund, etc. Will definitely be back and recommend it. I’ve never rented a car before and small business was definitely the way to go. Thank you!!

Rented from here due to bad previous experience with corporate rental companies. This was a nightmare. The company pushed us to pay cash, thank god we paid credit. First of all, the lot was still closed when we arrived at my appointment time. We waited about 30 minutes for an employee to arrive to help which put me behind schedule. After minimal paperwork, I was told the car was 3/4 full of gas and to return it that way. The car was in fact empty and the gas light came on before I got the car home (approx 7 miles). I sent a photo and requested they update the paperwork to reflect the gas reading. The car also reeked of old cigarettes and cheap air fresheners. The next day, the check engine light came on. I called and was told they didn't have anything else in that price range available,

Claim to charge me a late fee of $15 for returning rental same day, then took deposit because they said it was late as well! I don't recommend, try Tweetys, Hertz, or enterprise instead! And check engine lights on, on the cars I previously rented from here.

I rented a car here for my friend to take on vacation to Panama City, Florida because she needed a larger vehicle to carry her family. The whole purpose of renting this vehicle was for us to have peace of mind about her having safe and reliable transportation for this trip. Summit presented themselves as having a vehicle that met this important expectation and charged $1,500+ for a Chevy Tahoe for a 10-day period. This money was paid in good faith upfront, in cash. What we could not know was the car turned out to be unfit for this trip, and as we later learned, had at least two major issues making it unsound for travel.
