Be sure to get an inspection and approval from your insurance company before replacing your windshield. I'm writing this because something absurd happened. Couple of month ago, a small rock flew on the highway and cracked my windshield, so I had to replace it. I replaced it with an OEM one to cover insurance, and it was good. I wasn't worried because my insurance company was a major one, and the deductible was only $100, but they refused to reimburse me for the windshield replacement because I didn't get a preliminary inspection. I fought with the insurance company for two months, but ultimately, I didn't get a reimbursement. I'll say this again, Be sure to get an inspection and approval from your insurance company before replacing your windshield.

March 2025 Update I brought 2nd commuter car to Frank to tint windows because I had a good experience with other car, and I found a chip & crack on the front windshield. He took my car in on the same day that I called in and completed tint on all 5 windows. AND took extra time to repair the chip and the crack. He repaired the damage almost invisible, but more importantly he sealed and secured the crack from extending further. He is very transparent about the repair and risks and very thorough about the service before he started working on my vehicle; which reflect his experience and professionalism. Frank the owner is very knowledgeable. i preferred to go to a shop versus have somebody come to my location, they got all the right tools and materials at the shop, And they do work with all insurance company's.

Very friendly and efficient service. Explained to me exactly what the work to fix a nick in my windshield would entail. The results were excellent. Will definitely come here again should the need arise
