Stick to simple things like oil changes if you come here I brought my 2021 Silverado to Caliber Auto in December 2024 for a misfire diagnosis. I have been to this location before for basic oil changes while my truck was under warranty, and those visits were fine. Unfortunately, this time was a very different experience. After the initial inspection, they said it was a spark plug and another part, quoting $1,314.89. A few days later, the misfire returned. I brought it back, and they told me the truck now would not start and needed a starter (~$700), even though I never had starting issues before. I reluctantly agreed. Everything about the facility was great and Curtis had amazing costumer service and was honest, however business is business and I know the aspect of making money but to over charge in parts and labor is a bit extreme. There are honest people who can't afford to go to a dealership they depend on businesses like you to give reasonably affordable prices so they can build trust and a return business relationship that truly values thier costumers. Sun auto didn't provide that to me. A 200.00 part at Auto zone and O'Reilly same quality turns into a 600 plus at this facility plus labor. Please reconsider how you choos prices, if you guys were more affordable you can make a better profit by bringing in returning costumers who can depend on reasonable and affordable prices.

Today, 12/24/25, I went in last minute for an emissions test. Initially, I was going to go to Jiffy lube but they were closed. So I looked up the next best place, which was Sun Auto. When I looked inside, it looked so busy, I was going to leave. So I sat in my truck and called Take 5 and the person on the phone was so extremely rude that i decided not to go. So as I was sitting in the parking lot, I decided to call to see how busy they were inside of Sun Auto. The young man that answered the phone was very kind and patient.He put me on hold while he checked with his manager to see if they could fit me in. I was told to come right in and they would help me. When I walked in, it was quiet and clean. Even the chairs and the waiting room were nice, very plush. The restrooms were immaculate.

Took my car in for an alignment and the team was very nice and professional. After the alignment, the vehicle was pulling slightly, so I brought it right back. They took care of it super fast and made sure everything was right. Very good service from the team at Sun Auto, located at 17710 W Lake Houston Pkwy.

i had a great experience and it was my first time going. Everyone was very nice Mark and i believe the other guys name was Cliff. they were both nice and i love how they send a detail report regarding your vehicle i love that! i will definitely be going back
