The staff at Sun Auto and Tire are very professional and patient. They take a thoughtful, case-by-case approach to each vehicle, which I really appreciated. I especially liked the detailed inspection report they sent before any work was done—it was clear, helpful, and showed a high level of honesty and transparency. My car is back up and running, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the shuttle/Uber they provided

I had the best experience today at this tire shop! They were professional, and explained everything I needed clearly and honestly. I got the tires here, and they gave me a free oil change coupon. Nice and clean waiting area.

I just wanted to take a minute to show my appreciation for Sun Auto. Through the years, I’ve had many repairs done on my vehicles. This was probably the first time that I can honestly say that I was completely satisfied with both the work performed on my vehicle along with the professionalism of the staff. Each employee that I came in contact with was very professional and knowledgeable. They were respectful and willing to assist. My family and I have just recently moved to Mansfield, and Sun Auto will be the only preferred place that will service our vehicles. Once again thanks for a wonderful experience. The service was great even being the week of Christmas they were able to work on my vehicle. I wasn't pressed for time and I also have Carshield and they filed the claim and I just paid my deductible. The staff was friendly and even with a small hick up when I went to pay they resolved the issue quickly and the money was reversed right then. They also made sure my issue was resolved and tested it before they returned the vehicle. They called ask to keep it just to make sure my check engine light didn't turn back on. Overall I was happy with the service and price. 10 out of 10.

It was a Saturday. I was up visiting from another city and my starter went out the night before. I call several auto shops as my situation was dyer. No one could get to me until Monday. I made one last ditch effort and found Sun Auto Tire and Service. I was shocked that they picked up the phone and had the swift energy of asking me how they could be of service. The associate, Kieth, was not only extremely knowledgeable but very courteous and immediately made me feel comfy. They were able to help me get my truck towed to them and got my Truck in and out within 3 hrs time. Great Experience! 5 Stars
