Had a great experience here; my car was fixed without a hitch. They replaced my valve cover gasket (for much less than the dealership was charging me!), put on new tires, and everything was handled smoothly. Jeb was super nice and incredibly patient, taking the time to clearly explain the repairs and charges. Honest, straightforward, and stress-free service. I’ll definitely be back!

So we’ve been using your services for a few years now and yesterday was a prime example of how good service you all give. we brought four cars in yesterday for multiple different types of services. I was able to use coupons that came in the mail. Khalil was a great help. He helped me with each car. We love the service reports that you provide so we can do preventive maintenance and that fits within our budget we appreciate you.

Getting a diagnosis on my vehicle was quick and easy. I received a digital inspection report immediately after the diagnosis was completed, which left no room for confusion. I would definitely recommend their services.

I'm still waiting for my car back so I may have to update it but the service, the kindness, the incredibly knowledgeable staff. I have enjoyed (as much as you can with this kinda stuff) my time with Sun Auto. I was driving in from Hurst for a work related thing when my tire popped about a mile from the shop. Got it towed in and while it is indeed a long wait they make it so pleasant that it's not too bad of a chore.

Horrible experience. Went in for a fix a flat. Pulled to the bay for them to take the tire out and they asked me to pull around to the other side of the building. Then wanted me to bring it to them to look at. Afterwards told me it would be an hour on the repair. Definitely won’t be coming back if that is the kind of customer experience they give. Super busy glad I didn’t need new tires.
