Called for an out of state vehicle emission inspection. Alex who answered my call was extremely polite and answered all my questions promptly and professionally. He saved me from all the issues I was having checking it online. What he charged me was exactly what the state law provides. It was a great experience cause the test was done pretty much before the time mentioned.

This was the first time going to Sun Auto in Richmond for me. I am so happy that I went there. I took my car there initially because the a/c was not working. But the car had been driving bumpy too. I thought it was because the pressure in my tires weren’t equal. So not only did they find where my a/c was faulty, they found what was wrong with my wheels! Besides making my car work like new again, the people who worked there were terrific and helpful. Not only were they easy to talk to, their sitting room was very comfortable. Their coffee machine is really easy to use. Very good hot drinks. It was good being there and getting the updates. Driving feels so smooth now, and I not sweating profusely when I’m in my car. I am an elderly widow. Late Saturday about 3:30 pm I discovered my car wouldn’t start and it was in my garage. I just had my oil changed at Sun Auto on 99 the day before and called them for help. They went above and beyond to help me jump start the car and were able to install a new battery right away. I have been a regular customer and find their work and customer service to be excellent. Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

i had my car diagnosed for a lot of concerns. Joseph (Joe) & Bryan (technician) are incredible! thank you for the comprehensive Vehicle Inspection Report. Previously, i had my other car's wheels aligned here. To date, all are excellent service! hoping it won't be jinxed. Thank you!

My experience was wonderful . Wonderful customer service , they did a diagnosis and let me know what the problem with my car was and even took pics and emailed me . I had to leave my car because I had to work and they was able to get me a uber back n fourth from home for me pick my car up when it was done so that was awesome . I will be coming back to get my car fixed .
