I have officially found my car shop! The customer service here was absolutely amazing. The building itself was so clean,neat and organized AND they had an indoor play area perfect for the kiddos to stay entertained… and REALLY COMFY chairs too lol. Christian explained everything so great to me when it came to my car issues and provided me with more information about my car that I was unaware of. They got me free rides to and from my home. Explained the financing process to me and the do’s and don’ts. Everyone had such positive energy and smiles all around. They have definitely earned a forever customer and hopefully more on the way. 😊

Sun Auto has been more than helpful every step of the way. They’ve taken the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all my questions, and even jumped on several calls to make sure I felt confident about the process. Everything has been handled professionally and with a great attitude. Christian’s customer service has been exceptional, he even took the time to talk through concerns on one of my vehicles that wasn’t even being worked on. That level of care and attention really stands out. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for honest, professional service.

Dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee last week. My Service Advisor, Cristian was outstanding!! His communication was excellent, providing daily updates from initial inspection through final completion. The service techs did a great job and my Jeep is driving like a new vehicle!! Cristian was out of office for one of the days and Anthony stepped in and the communication didn’t skip a beat! I highly recommend Sun Auto!! I’ll definitely be returning for future service.

Mario was very helpful. I have an older van that NEEDS a lot of work. He told me what work was absolutely needed and what could be left for a future date. Considering the work costs more than my vehicle is worth, he left the choice up to me with absolutely no pressure sales. I appreciated his honesty. The whole team seemed great.
