Sun City Apple Valley by Del Webb

Beautiful place. Nice people, it's safe and feels comfortable. There are walking trails, stores, and medical plazas right next door. There are 2 "lodges", The Mariposa and The Aspen. The Mariposa hosts car shows and concerts. The Aspen club has 2 large outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a gym, library, and pool tables... you name it. I am visiting family here, and everyone.. from the residents to the workers have made me feel welcome. This is a 55 and older community, affordable. Highly recommend!!!

I can't believe it and I do live in every time a community. There are so many activities here that I can participate in if I want to. Lots of options. The neighbors are wonderful, friendly, helpful, we help each other. Just last night someone called me and said do you have a rolling pin? And I said yes. He said my wife will be right over to pick it up and I said okay! We look out for each other. People drive by and wave. There are places to walk, by yourself, with friends, with pets, there's gates to go out and walk by the river, there are interesting flowers and Cactus and decorations and people's yards. Everyone here is super nice. I love living here. There are water aerobics and yoga and a gym and Brittany behind the desk is super friendly and helpful. Pool tables, three pools, all four

probably one of few planned communities that look like they're still taken care of. I would be willing to bet that the HOA here is more of a military

Awesome place to call home! Everything you could want and the Aspen country club wow! I am so surprised that more people from down the hill don't buy over here, the prices are so affordable and a 1st class area and so peaceful great security and the staff is always willing to help! It has a great feel!

Great community! I really like living here. The community is beautiful and well-maintained and the amenities are fantastic! People are friendly and inclusive.There is so much to do - you can be as busy as you want to be!
