Okatie Club House just. Opened and is NOT equipped just yet, to handle a full house. Last night, with a reservation, we waited too long for a table and then additionally, at least 1 hour for our food. I am sure I was not the only DIABETIC in the room and found this disastrous to my health. I believe the kitchen cannot handle a full house. Instead of making the decor clean and pretty, more emphasis should have been in the kitchen and its help in the kitchen. Waitresses were hustling but could not get food out of kitchen. New carpet, paintings, do NOT make a restaurant. My point is, you are catering to a mass amount of seniors and should know how to handle the food in a timely basis. I'm a resident! NOT fond of HOA's though this one isn't that bad. The security can be a little too much especially when driving here. Finds over the speed limit, are costly.

We are building our 3 new home, 2nd with Pulte: Del Webb. We have never had such a bad experience! Communication is zero, production is slow and unprofessional. Countless errors during build, inferior workmanship. They are far more interested in selling more homes than honoring existing sales. Be very careful especially if you’re not nearby to oversee progress!
