Took my 1987 VW Vanagon in to the Sun City West shop for tire mounting and an alignment. It is getting harder to find a shop that will work on older vehicles, but Sun Devil took the job with no hesitation. They did a great job on the alignment and also managed to fix a rear brake issue I have been having. I received updates throughout the process from Sam and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future.
I was recommended by one of my friends to come to this wonderful honest and reliable auto repair. I drove a little bit farther because I heard this Some Devil auto was the best. Jason was the person that helped me at the front desk and he was so polite and helpful and explained everything from the very beginning To the very end. I received communication via phone calls, text messages and emails! This is top-notch in regards to communication. I was provided in an estimate of what perhaps the cost would be, and the estimate matched perfectly. The work was performed the same day that I brought my car in for a diagnostic. We've been going to Sun Devil auto for 12 years. It's been easy to get service appointments and everyone there is knowledgeable and professional. When we leave our car there Sun Devil auto provides us with a ride and keeps us updated on the progress. Their rates are fair and reasonable and they stand by their work!
I made an appointment for an oil and filter change for Thursday and stayed there for it to be done. I was told about 45 minutes and it was actually less than that. They gave me an inspection report on any maintenance in the future, rotated the tires and were friendly and attentive to me and other customers that came in. I trust this location to address all my auto maintenance needs with honesty and integrity.
The service was great! Super nice and personable staff and they told me what was wrong with my car but didn’t pressure me to have them fix it. Will be back here for future Oil Changes and whatever else pops up. 👍
