My experience with Sunstate International: the first time I took the truck in, they did a diagnosis which turned out to be the water plug, and they charged me $478.48 for the diagnosis and for putting in a new plug. The same day I returned the truck, and they told me it was the EGR cooler, they ordered it, and then told me it was the block cover gasket. They only installed the new block cover gasket, and left the other old gaskets that were already on. Apparently, they didn’t have the tools to remove the fan clutch, and it seems they hit it with an air hammer and heated it, damaging it, and charged me $1,576.97. The following week, the truck was making an air leak noise, and they supposedly checked the truck and charged me $883.15 for a part that wasn’t needed and for hours supposedly insp

I had my semi tractor fixed and inspection done in less than two days so great job Jordan was wonderful and keeping me informed about everything that they had to do to my truck

The only issue here is the same as any international dealer. Parts are high and if you're not a big dog that buys a lot. There are no breaks given. Service dept has always been great the times I've had to use them. Fast turnaround time with my particular issues. A sales lady called about buying a new truck but with pricing on parts, it makes it hard to buy another International.

Dropped off the truck while on a 1 week vacation for full pm service and tune. Wanted ac looked at also. They took 6 days to do a tune up n oil change 1k. I didn't have another week t9 deal with it. So I won't be returning for anything ever again.. nice guys. Very poor shop etiquette
