We were finishing up a great Friday visit in Sugarcreek recently when our vehicle started overheating. Thankfully roadside assistance suggested we contact Sun Valley Auto. They kept us informed throughout the process with detailed pictures of what they found and the repairs being made. Work was completed in a timely manner. Wish we lived close, Sun Valley has a great team of technicians who are friendly and knowledgeable!

The guys at Sunvalley are great! When our 2020 Kia Soul went through 3 transmissions in 2025 alone they handled everything for us! Even going as far as transporting the vehicle 45 mins to the nearest Kia dealership to look at software, not to mention giving us a loaner vehicle while we were waiting for Kia to deliver parts, which took weeks. Getting a call from Brian and the guys isnt like other shops, where they see you as just more money to make. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Great customer service and communication! My vehicle needed a lot of work, and they worked as quickly as possible to get me back on the road. Definitely will be my go-to for automotive work!
