Sunbelt Auto Parts - Sunbelt Radiators

From start to finish this company is flawless! I have been so happy to write this review. I ordered online received the parts within 5 days. Packaged well. One of the parts was used therefore went in person to return it. I returned the part in it's original box. The company store front was easy to find, clean, fast Service and great staff. They offered water for Free! Looked up the receipt from the bar on the box. Received the refund within 24 hours.

The radiator is super cheap and leaked from the transmission cooler line after the installation. Instead of the company just sending me the fitting to replace the one that was leaking they made me take the radiator back out. Customer service was very unprofessional and rude about the entire situation. The customer service blamed me saying if it was "over-tightened" then it would strip. THE FITTING IS PRE-INSTALLED ON THE RADIATOR FROM THE MANUFACTURER. I never touched the fitting. Again, terrible company that is why I'm writing the review.

Excellent experience. Shipped same day order was placed. Received order in exact time frame given, which was the next business day. Contacted customer service department and spoke to Mike at ext 226. Asked for installation tips and spare parts questions and received exceptional service on every instance. Will be highly recommended to anyone who asks for products that sunbelt sells. Thank you sunbelt, you have a customer for life.

This place is a great automotive business. Their customer service is great they have individuals that speak both English and Spanish so it was very helpful! The part we received was in great condition, great price and fit perfectly! Will definitely be buying from them again.

Very fast, serious and easy to deal with! I checked the Product reviews on Amazon and there were only few, but good. Then, I checked other radiators, and almost everyone was 4 1/2 or 5 stars. I still don't have mine installed, but hope everything goes fine!
