update: my father in law recieved a call from the service manager after many failed attemts to contact him myself and asked him to "talk to your daughter in law" about the review, and gave several excuses to dismiss everything that happened. the service department had my vehicle for 12 days to replace a radiator under warranty. went to pick it up and drove it less than 5 miles away and it overheated. they never connected the hose properly, causing coolant to spray all over my engine bay. waited over an hour for the tow truck to come after being guarenteed it would take no more than 30 minutes. tried to call the service department several times the next day to discuss what happened. left 3 messages for the service manager which I never got a return call. they did me a "favor" and delivered
