We had such a great experience with Amber. We had to buy a car to replace the one from a recent car accident. My husband recently had major surgery and could not drive. We were lucky to find another Subaru to replace the one that was totaled. We live over an hr away and they were nice enough to deliver our vehicle without any extra charge. We were so impressed with the service they gave us that we would highly recommend buying a vehicle there. Thanks again to everyone that made this happen.

I took my car to Sunbury Motors, I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. They asked if I could drop it off, so I did. I told the lady on the phone, I have an extended warranty and I would like to see if it could be covered before doing anything and she said understandable. I also stated I took my car to a garage already and they told me what the issue was and to see if it could be covered. I then get a call saying it’s due to a TBD problem with the bushings, the same thing the garage told me prior to Sunbury motors, problem and it maybe covered under my extended warranty, but to go through that I have a 100$ deductible. Here to find out later, I don’t have a 100$ deductible for my extended warranty. He said he has to charge me regardless now at least 88$ for labor because he had to d

update: my father in law recieved a call from the service manager after many failed attemts to contact him myself and asked him "how much pull" my father in law has and to "talk to your daughter in law" about the review, and gave several excuses to dismiss everything that happened, including that he only got the voicemail from us (yet still failed to call us back). the service department had my vehicle for 12 days to replace a radiator under warranty. went to pick it up and drove it less than 5 miles away and it overheated. they never connected the hose properly, causing coolant to spray all over my engine bay. waited over an hour for the tow truck to come after being guarenteed it would take no more than 30 minutes. tried to call the service department several times the next day to discu
