If you would have asked me a few months ago it would have been 5 stars and I've sent multiple people to them. I asked them for advice on a vehicle and they said they were sure they could fix it then it sat there for months because I said it wasn't a huge rush.. learned my lesson there. Then I called multiple times asking and they said they didn't have time until they finally looked at it replaced the starter that I had a warranty on and could have replaced for free and then wanted to charge me over 600 bucks with no explanation besides they can't fix it. I asked when they called me for an explanation of what was wrong and why it was so much to not fix it and they fought me on that then I told them that day my good friend died I really didn't want to be dealing with this that day and appare

Great service and communication. Work was easy to schedule and was done within a couple hours. Super practical to get your bill in a digital form and pay it online with many payment methods available. I will definitely call them first when I need something done on my vehicle.

This is the first time I've ever left a review for a place, and I'm doing it because I feel so helpless not being able to do anything more. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience there, starting with the receptionist's arrogant and rude attitude. Since we had already had our car towed there, we didn't want to have to pay again to move it somewhere else, so we put up with the receptionist's attitude. After several weeks of waiting, since they never had any appointments available for us, they finally gave me back the car with the engine running. I drove it for five minutes, and then the battery died—it was brand new, only about six months old. They obviously refused to take responsibility, and the woman made a bunch of excuses and blamed us. My car had an unexpected oil failure. Oil light went on while I was traveling from Colorado to St. Cloud just as I entered Marshall. I knew no one in Marshall. But I was directed to Sundance by the local gas station. Glad they did. What a wonderful experience. They took me in and addressed the issue right away. Treated me like family. Found the problem, fixed my car and I made it to St. cloud for Thanksgiving only a couple hours late. THANK YOU …. Sundance!!!! What a honest, respectful and professional shop.
