Sundance Car Wash

This car wash will DAMAGE YOUR CAR!!! I went here and the car wash ripped off my wind shield wiper and damaged my car. I called the emergency number and an attendant came out and was completely nasty to me. He blamed it on me saying I didn’t do something right. When he had no idea what he was talking about. I had my car in parked the entire time. They just didn’t want to pay for the damages. DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want your car damaged. Don’t go to any Sundance car wash.

I liked this place and did a good enough job to get a layer of dirt off when I bought the deluxe, but the back of my suv was still dirty and my husband took it to get it washed again the next day because "it was dirty." I did enjoy using the drive through car with as it was nice, new, and clean.

Drive-through options: Express (normal car wash)$12, Deluxe (includes undercarraige wash and clear coat)$15, Plantinum (includes wax coat) $18. I got deluxe and was very happy with the thorough cleaning.

Disappointed! I have showed up many an evening to wash my truck for work the next day to the automatic carwash being broken down, inoperable, or “in service”. I pay the $40 a month club membership, which would be a good deal if I could use it. It kinda defeats the purpose of paying for a membership if you can’t use it. It’s been disappointing. I’ve reached out to Sundance and they say it’s not their problem because it’s out of their control. Disappointed!

Terribly expensive, automatic wash does an ok job for top price, more bang for your buck to wash yourself in the self serve wash bays, but even those are pretty expensive as well
