Sundance Inn Health Center

My mother was a resident at this facility for only 24 hours before she passed, but the care she received during that short time meant everything to our family. I want to give special recognition to Tashia and Deanna, who showed extraordinary compassion, kindness, and dignity while caring for my mom in her final hours. They treated her with such gentleness and respect, making sure she was comfortable and never alone. Their warmth and genuine care brought peace to our family during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Tashia and Deanna are truly remarkable caregivers, and we will always be grateful for the love and comfort they gave my mother. Thank you for making her final hours peaceful and cared for.

I've been a resident on 3 different occations. This last visit was over Thanksgiving 2025, I'm extremely satisfied with the staff. Jordan was my charge nurse for most of the time I was there, she's personable, knowledgeable. Louise was always outstanding and pleasant. I had a few issues about food but Athenia and Brittany remedied that quickly, no more breakfast issues, everything was delightful. Yolanda and staff are an asset to this facility. Thank you Sundance for making my stays so pleasant. Amber and Robert were my PT's and they were great!

I came to visit a family friend who is currently residing at Sundance for therapy. The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming!! I was able to meet the new Executive Director, Britney! She was such a kind and friendly face. The staff are so attentive to all the patients needs.

My dad was at the Sundance Inn health Center in new Braunfels, Texas. The whole staff everybody was so gracious and kind. They worked hard to care for my dad and make sure we were comfortable in getting what we needed for him. I cannot think everyone that I was in contact with at the Sundance Inn enough For what they’ve done for me and my family.

My sister sister was there with administration quick to release her. The place my be clean but staff lacks basic professionalism, condescending, slothful to a patron's personal hygienic needs. If you have a senior family member or yourself it is better to choose another rehab center.
