Sunflower Tow Service

Hello, my experience is I requested a pick up for noon, at around 10am. I had to reschedule for 1pm. Laura the dispatcher was awesome! Great costumer service, I had no issues. They had the best price in town, as I did call around to get quotes. Daniel my tow driver was right on time and very professional. I recommend and will definitely call again if in need of a tow service.

The waterpump in my truck failed on my way home from work. My regular tow service was unavailable and recommended Sunflower. When I called I was told it would be at least 45 minutes to an hour before the driver could get to me. However he showed up within an hour. My truck was loaded and secured quickly and with care. The driver was professional and polite but also very personable. We had a nice chat on the way to the dealer where my vehicle would be repaired. I even received a text with the invoice before my vehicle was back on the ground. Very happy with the service, will happily use them again.
