Carlos and Andres are top notch. Had my appointment at 11 and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Granted I know they might not always be able to do that kind of service but it comforts me knowing when they can get stuff handled quick they do! Just had an oil change today. Thank you guys! "The works" oil, tires etc.. Ended up having to replace cabin & air filters.... being an asthmatic...I didn't really have an option. My "rewards" offset it some, but I spent way more than I planmed on.

I had an appointment for a diagnostic for my Ford Mustang when Russel approached me. Not only was he extremely professional but he was able to--after a few questions--diagnose and immediately solve the problem, not only saving me time and money but also educating me as to how to deal with similar issues in the future. Put simply: I canNOT recommend enough to ALWAYS go to Sunland Ford in general and Russel in Services specifically! As far as I'm concerned, Sunland Ford is my new home for whenever I need to attend to my vehicles. If I could, I'd leave a Six-Star rating. And, if you can, ALWAYS ask for Russel for expert help!
