Sunland Tire & Auto Repair of Upland

I blew a luxury tire just a few miles from Sunland Tires and they were super helpful! They were able to secure a compatible replacement for me from a nearby warehouse within an hour and have me out and back rolling quickly. They were super helpful and even tried to help me save a little on the expense. I’d totally trust my family cars with this business!

The guys at Sunland tires were very professional. They are very concerned about the price. Quality of the work was excellent. Put a big shot out to my neighbor angel for all the help he's done for me and I would recommend them to anybody however, the performance of the van still needs some work but very satisfied with what they did. I visited Sunland Tire in Upland today and the experience was very disappointing. Joseph quoted me an extra $60 for rotor work through Yelp, but once I arrived, Rudy gave me a quote of about $436 for rotors, ceramic pads, and a brake inspection. After adding the Groupon voucher I purchased, the total was over $500, basically the same as normal pricing, making the voucher pointless and misleading. Rudy also said I had to pay a $40 brake inspection fee to use the voucher, which was not mentioned in the Groupon offer. Most shops do this for free. When I declined the service, he suddenly waived the fee, confirming the inconsistency. Overall, it felt like a bait and switch upsell tactic. I would not recommend this shop.

Mr. Rudy and staff were very professional and courteous. I am very satisfied with my purchase of two tires. I also received a coupon for $10 off my next purchase.

It was my first time going here today and it was so amazing if I could rate it higher i absolutely would! As a younger girl i’m always nervous to go to auto shops or anything like it because I know nothing about cars or anything! They were so kind and helpful! I fully recommend!
