Sunny Island RV

Was on a road trip and had a tire on my camper trailer blow out just outside of Rockford. Called around to a few places and Sunny Island had the tire we needed, took a look, fit us in, and even patched up the busted wheel well! Got us back on the road the same day, which we really appreciated!

Needed some work done on our old pop up trailer. Outstanding service and repairs. Had some hail damage and they applied a coating to the roof. Added a battery for off electric hookup service. Repaired some misc items. Overall, I would highly recommend them for any service needed. The service department was extremely nice, professional, and very qualified. They took every effort to ensure we walked away with a camper we can use for many more years

Sunny Island RV is unlike so many RV dealers/service establishments! They do not act like they have no time for you but actually try to help you like you are family. ***Steve*** the service manager is so helpful and a valuable asset to the place. When no one would help us he jumped right on our problem since we were passing through Rockford and needed immediate help. I would highly recommend this place for buying and service. When you buy an RV you hope service after the sale will be as good and I think this is the place that does this. Again, thank you Steve and Sunny Island RV for being there when we needed you!

Sold us an RV with water damage and they hid it for the sale. Won't return or fix it. 30k RV. Don't ever buy anything from this place!

Stopped in to buy a 300.00 item I know it’s not a RV - but when there no one in the office that knows how to ring up a cash and carry item that’s an issue. Hope the owner can take this as a learning experience and train all staff. There was two guys in office and I was told to wait for parts guy to return but as I stand there waiting and waiting I don’t have time to just stand around and wait.
