EDIT - The owners response is a complete lie & I have all of the timestamps to prove his lies. DONT GO HERE! Original post: The response Awful experience. Still waiting for the owners contact info. When I got home from picking up my car from this shop, I saw a dent, scratches, and the bumper hanging off on the drivers side. I take the car right back to the shop & the lead mechanic gets boiling water, zip ties and a screw driver to fix it instead of investigating what happened and taking the proper protocol to fix my car. After asking for the security videos, all I was sent was the video of me physically inside the shop checking in and also when I pulled my car into the shop. Where is the video of my car parked for days while waiting for the part to come in? Or while it was pulled into the

I would give minus 10 stars if I could. Be careful of this place. Check your car for damage before you drive off. Pay w/ credit card so you can dispute the charges if something is off. Took my car in for tie rods work and alignment. Picked up the car 2 days later and noticed that my right front fender liner (wheel well) was torn off and destroyed while in their custody for 2 days. They deny all responsibility and blame it on someone else - which I know to be a lie. Have asked for the owner to call me 5 times in last 3 days and he refuses. Can you imagine that. Never going back there. Be careful. They will lie to your face and never blink. Updates to follow. Hopefully they will do the right thing and fix the damage they caused. Easy experience and excellent customer service. I came for a battery installation on a Mercedes, which is a complex job. Joe and Troy made fast/easy work of it. Even after discovering that the battery I had purchased was the wrong size for MB. They found a replacement they had in stock and had me out of there in no time at a fair price (I did plenty of research prior). Troy provided a detailed diagnostic report afterwards and gave me honest feedback on the faults that they could recognize and what needed to be addressed by the dealer. Overall, it was a transparent and headache-free service experience. I will definitely be going back to these guys!

My car failed inspection on its tires this morning (which is fine), and I had to have new tires put on. I called these guys on my way back in for the reinspection to tell them when I'd be there, and the man on the phone said to come right on in and I'd be out of there in five minutes. It's 40 minutes now since I walked in, and they're still not done. I'll take the car over to Mount Vernon in the future- they've never pulled this on us. I understand that they get additional people coming in, but if there's a difference between "we'll get you out of here in five minutes" and "we'll get you out of here in five minutes, unless there are other inspections in progress."

I’ve been bringing my cars to this shop for years, through several different owners, and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately, my visit today left me disappointed. I came in for a simple flat repair, and the staff member who initially assisted me seemed very inattentive and appeared to be having a bad day — or perhaps that’s just his usual demeanor. When I noticed my car was already on the lift, I asked whether the tire would be patched or plugged. Joel, the person assisting me, avoided answering until I asked multiple times. When he finally responded, he did so in a very stern and rude tone. It felt unnecessarily dismissive and unprofessional.
