This review is for their rentals. I needed to rent a car during a busy time when every other rental company was sold out, so I had no other option. First when you walk in, the setup is considerably unorganized. I needed the car to go out of town, so I had to get one of their more expensive car because they only rent out their cheap cars for local use. For $55 a day + insurance for about $30, I received a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Before I could even rent the car, I had to sign over a dozen sheets of paper. The deposit was $150. They told me I had to pay for 2 days because that's what they do on Friday, but that when you pay 2 days, you get one day free. I paid about $375 ($150 deposit included) for my rental 2days + 1 free day (I was in desperate need of a rental car). The staff were okay an

Horrible experience owner kept my deposit!! Never will rent from them again. Worst customer service ever!! There were cracks in the windshield dents on the side of car ripped seats and missing a hubcap!! Car was very dirty also had to clean myself.

This is a very sketchy place to say the least. Keeping deposits for no reason. Car engine light was on,gas gauge didn’t work, looked like some pried open the car. The worst experience ever. And the owner would not show his face, because he knew he is a crook. Please stay away from this place. It’s a horrible business and they will take your money. I will forever blast this place for what they did to a friend

A true blessing of a find, the only place in town to my personal knowledge and experience that takes debit cards PLUS credit cards. If you are in the business of renting automobiles you understand the severity of that number one issue and it's on a life-saving scale, because it is either pass or fail with the very first step of needing to qualify to rent a vehicle is the deposit which all if not most places only accept credit cards and do not specifically accept debit cards. Some of the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service I have ever experienced in my life🧬. To the point that I plan on building a financial and personal rapport/relationship with the company itself for some happy future endeavors. My satisfaction level and rating are SO through the roof that I plan on staying in touch with them
