Sunrise Toyota Parts Department

Wasted my time and money, even gave them the vin number and still sent wrong part, said it is my fault cause vin number says the part was a different one as you can see by pictures it is a different one all together, i would not recommend this place and they were very rude on the phone to me like I was wrong , I told them It was a U shape part that went into washer pump not an elbow ,and sent them a set of 10 pictures $2.00 part shipping $9.00, and am I supposed to pay for shipping back just to New York a .50 cent stamp is all it would of cost. Dealers there always right Yea!

Buyer be aware. They make promises like New York State inspections free for life as long as you buy the vehicle from them. But then they kick you out because you don't do the all your services through them because they are absolutely atrocious with their pricing. So you won't get your New York state inspections just buy a beware they lie to get you to buy from them. My best advice go buy a Toyota from out of state drive to New Jersey drive to Pennsylvania you'll get $10,000 off the sticker immediately. Screw sunrise Toyota

The turnaround of my order was unbelievable, I received my order much sooner than expected at a wonderful price. There was a question they had about my order and actually called me to follow-up. Took care of the issue and couldn’t be professional. Thank you! Great job

Item Not Received or Updated. I ordered a bed mat for my Tacoma in late August and have only been notified that a tracking number was made for this item. I have not received any updates on whether this has been shipped or where the item actually is. I was certainly charged though. If something changes I will update my review but until then I have to give 1 star.
