I am extremely grateful for the services provided at Sunset Auto. Long story short, a new-used vehicle I purchased a very short time ago ended up with an odd noise, which ended up having a defective new part in it. What was a very stressful situation at hand was handled very quickly. The communication amongst Sunset, the small - town dealer, and myself was all done timely and professionally, and my vehicle was back on the road in no time. Matt even put the new plates on for me (I was procrastinating, waiting for a warmer day!). Thank you to Matt, Dawn, and anyone else who had a hand in my vehicle's repairs!

This is a long overdue review. Matt and his team do fantastic work. I've taken several of my vehicles there over the years and every experience they have treated me very well and honestly. They aren't just part changers here, but will make sure they properly diagnose your car before doing any work to ensure they fixed the root cause. Fantastic communication, they always let me know what they find and the cost before they proceed. I've never had any big surprises once I arrive to pick up my car. They have very reasonable rates, and they complete jobs quickly. I highly recommend

I contacted Sunset Auto to have them inspect a pre-owned car I was looking to purchase. Matt did an outstanding job and identified a number of items that most people would miss. Pricing was extremely fair and I would highly recommend Matt & his team!

Not only did they give me the honest assessment my old car was rusting out and they didn’t want me to waste money getting it fixed, they recommended Sheboygan Chevy as a good place to go for my new one. Brought my new used car in for some repairs (known issues that Sheboygan Chevy was upfront about before I purchased it), and now my SUV is running much smoother. Y’all rock!
