Sunset Car Wash

What a useless car wash, first off I tried to get the simple $10 wash but no matter how many times I pushed that button it wouldn't work, but you know what did work? The $15 dollar wash button. So I'm 15 bucks in and proceed to go through the wash. I could tell it sucked just by the amount of soap being used, it didn't thoroughly cover my truck and the wash was quick along with the rinse. I get out and look at my truck and it missed dirt all over my truck that a wet finger took off easily. It looked like nothing touched the tailgate. It looked exactly the same. So I go to one of the stalls to actually wash it, I used my card and spent about half of my 8 minutes it automatically gives you for using the card using the foaming brush because it was still that dirty, then I went to spray with s

Don’t waste your money on the touchless wash. Even the one at Sheetz is better. My car looks the same, if not worse, than before wasting my $15 for “the works.” I don’t expect all the bug guts to come off but the entire right side of my car looks the same as it did before entering the wash. Like I said, Sheetz car wash is better than this. I use to love the cloth wash but recently had some poor experiences with the pre wash, even with tipping them. They practically just walked around my car and went back into their office. No line, not cold out, not super hot either. My toddler could have brushed the car better.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash. I paid $20 expecting a decent service, but it was completely ineffective. The attendant clearly didn’t do a thorough job during the pre-wash — my entire grill was still covered in bugs after the wash. It’s honestly ridiculous that I paid that much and the car looks exactly the same as when I brought it in. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be coming back here again.

The touch-free car wash is horrible. The water pressure is pretty much nonexistent and the soap application was spotty. I left with dried soap and water spots all over my car, in addition to all the dirt I arrived with that the car wash didn’t touch. I paid $12 to waste my time and have to go home and wash my car myself, which is clearly what I should’ve just done in the first place.

We used the touch-less car wash here and it was not a good experience. The undercarriage wash doesn’t last long enough to get the whole belly of your car, the dryer is useless, and our car was still covered in soap after the wash. We ended up going into the self service bay and paying another $3.00 to rinse it off ourselves. This could be a convenient location for us to get our cars washed if the service was reliable.
