The entire team at Sunset Collision was fantastic—like “unexpectedly pleasant experience while dealing with car damage” fantastic. Theresa deserves special mention. She greets everyone like you just arrived for Thanksgiving dinner, not an insurance-induced stress spiral. If friendliness were a repair service, she’d be master certified. The work was completed exactly as promised (a rare and magical thing), and the communication was top-notch. I was kept informed every step of the process, which is impressive because most places treat updates like classified government documents. Would I say I’m looking forward to my next visit? Ash was professional, informative, and respectful throughout the whole repair process, keeping them updated and making everything easy to understand. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of customer service, professionalism and expertise from Sunset collision center. From the initial call to the reseptionest, Theresa about bringing my car in for an estimate to meeting the mechanic Ash to do the estimate and repairs, I knew I was in good hands. I dropped off my vehicle on Nov 10th to be repaired through an insurance claim. I selected this shop, not the insurance. Everything started off great. Receiving text messages with updates. Never had to call until I did. What I found out was the text messages I had received compared to what I was told verbally, did not match. I get dates change and I want my vehicle fixed correctly; however, communication with the correct information goes a long way. I can see that my vehicle was moved around yesterday morning and early afternoon but yet did not receive any communication. Vehicle scheduled to be picked up today 12/24, still no communication. I had to call to find out that no my vehicle would not be ready. I told the estimator at the shop I have to pay for a rental upfront and to keep me upd

Amazing customer service, high quality of service and competitive price. I was welcomed by a receptionist, Theresa. She gave me the warmest greetings and explained the repair schedule very politely. They tried their best to accommodate my request, which I really appreciate. The manager, Tom, was very honest and informative, kept me posted all the repair progress. They offered complimentary drop off and pick up service, and the driver was such a nice and delightful gentleman. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
