I've bought two cars through Sunset Kia of Sarasota absolutely love the customer service my last salesman, Chance was amazing treated me like family we talked each other's ears off, LOL ... Thank you Chance for Awesome customer service with respect and a genuine caring attention. anytime I have an issue with anything Sunset Kia is always ready to fix any anything that needs to be dealt with or any of my concerns!! Outstanding service and great people. Chris is great in the service department. He keeps you informed as to what is happening during your service and explains everything they did when you vehicle is ready. Lori is very sweet and makes sure you are comfortable while you are waiting and gets you checked out quickly when you are done. Chance is the best in the sales department. He listens to what you want and need and doesn't try to pressure you into things you don't need. He walks you through the whole process and follows up to make sure you are happy with your new vehicle. He is very kind, polite, and friendly. He definitely is NOT your stereotypical car salesman. I highly recommend Sunset Kia, their people are the best!!!

Went in to help a coworker buy a car. Ryan and Coby were extremely helpful. The kind of dealership you can trust. Up front, honest and willing to listen to her needs and not just sell her something. I am a former car manager and this is what dealerships should be. Thanks guys

This is my second time leasing from Sunset Kia of Sarasota. I have had such an amazing experience each time with this dealership that I truly can’t see myself leasing from anywhere else. I am so beyond thankful of the low stress in the leasing process and how accommodating the staff is there.

We bought a new car at Sunset Kia yesterday and were very satisfied with the sales consultant, Josh Silverman. He explained all the information about the new car very carefully. Whatever we asked him, he would answer truthfully and teach us how to use the information about the new car correctly.
