Sunshine Laundromat

Poor business man(kid). Most laundromats have a hidden code, don’t take nor touch what’s not yours!!! In a small town I didn’t know people don’t have self integrity, or lack of respect…. so when I finished my shift I went back to grab my blankets. Which were gone! So I did the next adult responsible task. I call the owner of the building and business to get any insight. If you’re a business owner, you should mentally prepare yourself for lots of calls of concern and complaint!!! First off the phone on this sight isn’t accurat. Second the owner is a kid and could care less as long as you use their facilities for their own income. And third and last thing, unfortunately if your using this facility don’t leave for anything. Or wait till it’s all complete.… good luck.

Dear Sunshine laundromat owners please take a little more pride in your business. Alot of machines are out of order. Machines accept money but dont work. I should be refunded $9.25 because of trying machines that should have been marked out of order that i put money in and either didn't work or dryers that never heat up. This place is dirty and falling apart. I would even donate my time to help you. People depend on places like this for their washing and drying needs. If there was a broom and dust pan i would gladly sweep up for you. Bathroom is dirty too. The washers are really grimy and filthy. Please take better care of your business. 2 out of 10 dryers work, and 5 of the 9 washers works. Machines will take your money and not even work. Washers smell like old dog and grease.

Use to be my favorite place to do laundry BUT NOT NOW. The screens on the Electrolux machines are unreadable so you don't know what settings are available. Just have to turn it on and hope for the best. There are driers that you can no longer read the screen so you have no idea what heat setting you are set at. I will go to the other laundromat now sorry to say. This use to be the go to place but it's getting run down.😫😒

If you owned this establishment, wouldn’t you think you would at least sweep the floor occasionally? And of the 10 washers, 5 actually weren’t out of order! Cash flow might improve if the machines actually worked!
