Took my car Monday afternoon for my quote. The receptionist said that she thought I wasn’t coming till Tuesday even though she was the one who made my Monday appointment. They were still able to take photos of my vehicle to give me an estimate. Technician told me that I would have my estimate no later than Tuesday evening by email. However, it never came. I called Wednesday asking for my quote, about 1 o’clock in the afternoon left a message. No one called me back. I spoke to someone Thursday Said she would call me back in about an hour. Nope.
