Good prices, no hidden fees. A small business that I’m glad to support! Everything was good - I don’t need anything fancy. Additional driver fee was also super cheap and insurance was included! Car was clean but not the greatest shape on the outside but that’s totally fine with me for the price. A bit far from LAX. We drove to NorCal and back and had zero issues.

Can not recommend this car rental company enough. Danny was amazing at replying quickly to emails when sorting out a rental car for my under-25-year-old daughter. This was by far the most affordable option for a young driver and Danny was so helpful with sorting out payment options when her credit card was not working, Debit card payment was OK. There was no issue at all extending the rental car week by week as she was looking to purchase a vehicle and that took longer than anticipated and this was no problem at all with a few days notice given. Highly recommend, we will be using Super Cheap Car Rentals whenever we need a rental car in LA.

All car rental companies should operate like this. The best customer service I've ever received dealing with a car rental company. Super friendly. I had a car for a week to drive from LA to Phoenix and it never missed a beat. My experience echoed all the other positive reviews. Everything was clearly explained and I never felt rushed or taken advantage of (unlike my past experiences with other companies). I will 100% hire from these guys every time I'm in LA and need a hire car. 2025 Update: I hired again from this company and again they were outstanding. Amazing communication with a late change to my vehicle return date and their timely responses and very easy after hours drop off service meant I could make my flight and get home in time. Consider me a raving fan of this company because
