Super Clean Tunnel Wash

Don't waste your time or money here. The owner refuses to take responsibility for causing damage to a vehicles rims due negligible employee training. Even after properly filling out an accident form with the car wash, the owner will just claim its fake and call you loser. To add insult to injury, the owner will also personally call you to argue with you about it and call you a loser over the phone. This person definitely should not be a businesses owner; incredibly petty, weasels of accountability, calls you names, and is just generally unprofessional.

Always a great stop for a clean vehicle. We purchase a monthly plan which saves us substantially compared to an individual wash. All 3 locations are great.

Due to staff negligence, I will be changing my review to a 1 star. 0 if it were possible. It's part of the employees responsibilities to guide the drivers wheels onto the tracks in the car wash due to lack of driver visibility, yet that wasn't even done. My boyfriend just got a brand new Lexus and put trust in you guys to take as much care of his vehicle as he does. Yet, his inner rim was scraped twice due to no one doing there job correctly. Then the owner had the audacity to reply to his review assuming it was fake? Wow, the lack of accountability and respect from a business owner, let alone a grown adult, actually blows my mind. I mean, come on, grow up already.

i’ve been a subscriber for almost 2 years, but maybe it’s time to go somewhere else- today I went through the $38 wash twice and they still did not get the back or the front of my car clean including the rear camera. The staff needs to be trained to spray something more than the front windshield or the rear window. Normally it’s not that big of a problem as i can use a towel to wipe off the excess dirt but today it’s a bit ridiculous. Frustrating….

The attendant was very helpful machine worked as indicated BUT I wasn't aware that the card used keeps RUNNING for the full time while your scrubbing! so a wash cost me over $20.00! Turn off in between Rinse/Wash/Rinse.
