I love getting my service at LH Miller Super Ford. I find the prices to be consistently fair and I can count on the parts and service. The most important thing to me though is that the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and they don’t talk down to me - that is VERY rare that old ladies are treated with respect at a mechanic or even the auto parts store! I really appreciate everyone there. Especially Aldo Avila. He is a genuine asset to your company.

Did a valet service for an oil change DO NOT Recommend! car was picked up at 10:10 am for 10:30 am appointment. Once arrived got a message with a tracking link and says I can text anytime to communicate. Great so far I’m happy process seem easy stress free. then couple hours go by, I check the tracking it shows arrived no progress texted asking for update no respond then around 1:00 pm I CALLED to get the the update, nice guy picked up n said he doesn’t see any progress yet but will have the advisor call me. Cool! I get it they might be busy after all it was a Wednesday. Waited, no calls around 3:30 pm I CALLED again different person answered says they will check on my car n will call back. No calls just a text saying it will be done around 4:30 pm great! Got a call closer to 5:00 pm to co

Alic from the service department was amazing! He worked with me on every aspect… gave me time, did not pressure me, even kept my car for a few weeks while I worked out financing. He took the time to explain all the details and was very patient with me. He helped me work with the warranty people to get things covered. Thank you again. You are amazing to work with. I really appreciate all you did for me.!!

My F150 was in the shop for an oil change and tires rotated/balanced. Emilie and Matt were a pleasure to work with and the communication was excellent as far as reviewing and approving/declining the additional services that were recommended. I also really like the video overview and getting a visual on the filters that we replaced. Oh, and thee best, most knowledgeable Ford mechanic in the state, Monte L, happens to work there for 30+ years as well! I’ll NEVER have anybody else perform transmission or engine work on my sweet F150. Thanks much, gOOSE
