I am very unsatisfied with the service that I received this is usually the only place I get my oil changed at and it’s been years that I’ve been a regular customer even when I lived in Alabama I used the one there and that’s mainly because I don’t believe in letting different people work in my car I stick with one but I went on 10/17/24 it was several cars and only one person in the top bay area by the time it was my turn I was directed in I popped the hood by then another truck had pulled in she was directed in and he started on her that irritated me however I didn’t say anything, I was in the far left where the material are for the car he walked over and hit a filter and gave it to whoever was under the bay to change it, mind you he never grabbed an oil filter I’m right here where he had

Went for a service the website said they did.. I needed transmission fluid and filter change. Suddenly they said they don't do it unless it part of maintenance " which it was" Then the guy proceeded to tell me if he put new fluid in it, it might need to be towed.. I ain't never heard such ****. So I replied if my engine was low on oil, and you changed it and put new oil in it, it would need to be towed? I went elsewhere and had it done and it's just fine.. They just didn't wanna fool with it. I wont be fooling with them in the future for anything

The listing says SuperLube, there are signs for American Super Fast or something and then I got a receipt for Grease Monkey. Either way I received fast service from a friendly staff. Regardless of what it's called.

The prices are not the best, but the service is fast and the staff is always polite and courteous. They do try to persuade you on extra services at times but overall this is the most decent shop to go to in Bainbridge for quick car service.
