Super Service Tire & Alignment

Best knowledge, skilled employees and service around! Guess why they call it SUPER SERVICE. Installed 2 new Michelin 280/30 tires on my 2015 Z06 corvette. On lift at appointed time, removed old/installed new, balanced perfectly. Protected chrome wheels and interior. Great job Josh....thanks.

Poor customer service, lack of communication. Biggest issue, woman at the front desk has an attitude, stated she didn't have our number when they called us two times earlier and added on another $600 worth of services that we agreed to, and I guess figuring out what our phone number is to let us know the service has been done, 25 minutes from closing, and we need it the next morning, and our vehicle is ready, was too much out of her wheelhouse and an inconvenience. When I have to call to find out what's going on with my vehicle, definitely won't see me or any of my vehicles there again. I'm sure the service is great but her attitudes stinks.

Have had service there before and been pleased. Had an appointment today for an alignment and ended up buying tires. Had a young man showed me my front right tire was bad and didn’t believe I needed the alignment. They are extremely professional and trustworthy. I’m so grateful they are there because they are dedicated to there work and safety!!!!

Sometimes what IS NOT done is more important than what is done. The "good folks" at Jiffy Lube told my wife she needed rear brakes. I didn't even bother to check, but definitely not trusting brakes to Jiffy Lube. So We are new to the area and all my neighbors say "Super Service is great" so I setup the appointment. The call me about 15 minutes after dropping of the car asking why I think I need new brakes ... told them the story. They told me, that our rear brakes had 40% left on the pads and they'd swap 'em, but it'd be better to come back later and save money. They have earned my trust for life. We brought the team donuts as our way to say thanks, but for sure, this place is trustworthy and what more can you ask for with a repair service company.

I had just arrived in town for work at Oconee Nuclear Station and discovered I had a low tire. My landlord for BnB recommended Super Service. I got at 1:00, and told them in addition to tire repair I had been noticing some break noise and to please check breaks. They found that rear brakes were metal to metal, and the caliper had blown out. I explained that I had to report to work at 3:00. Will assigned two of his men to the job, and they had me taken care of by 2:15, so I made it to work on time. I was shocked! Now I know why they call it Super Service! Thanks Will and crew!!!
