I've used the automatic wash 4 times in the last 6 months, and there was no soap twice, including today (a Monday) around 3:30pm. $12/14 for a wash with no soap is just not worth it. I know this can happen occasionally, but half the time is enough for me to stay away.
Everything usually works really well. Would be a 5 star if the cleaners like the triple foam and wheel cleaner were not out of often.
Great place to wash your car.
