Super Star Car Wash - Centennial Blvd & Fillmore St

The staff were friendly and the amenities such as vacuums and towels were great. However my car topper was ripped off during a car wash at this location by the roof brush. My claim was denied due to a posting informing patrons the car wash is not responsible for these items. I wish the staff educated patrons of the risks of going into a car wash with a roof storage unit as aggressively as they engage in selling memberships.

Have been using this car wash for over a year with an unlimited membership and love it. The staff are always friendly and the machines are well maintained. Im greeted each time i come in and Jessie and Dave met me at the scanner today and made sure I got through with no problems. The window cleaners are never empty and clean cloths are at every station. They have a crevices fan head vacuum available as well as air for tires. The dash wipes work well to remove dust and dirt inside the car and I get a new air freshener every time.

This is my 2nd or 3rd time coming to Super Star Car Wash, and I am never disappointed. The staff is so friendly, and I appreciate the free vacuums and other cleaning options they offer after you’ve washed your car. Justin was very helpful, personable, and informative when we interacted and as he let me know about their monthly subscriptions. Matt was kind and bubbly, and he made sure that the restrooms were clean for customers. I also like that they have a place to clean rubber mats.

I was there last Thursday and was helped by William. He was great! He explained everything well, was friendly, and interacted with my puppy (who loved him). I love that the window cleaner doesn't streak and the vacuums are awesome! Highly recommend!

Worst customer service if you have membership or card issue. The car wash place can’t help. They ask to contact customer service. My car license plate was incorrectly registered by their representative at the time of new membership sign-up at the car wash. I emailed more than 5 times to their customer service. They don’t respond for days and when they do, they are no help. They don’t have a customer service phone number to resolve issue more easily. Emailing is useless. My card has been charged for 3 months even after several requests to cancel service.
