Super Star Car Wash - Dublin Blvd & Union Blvd

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super Star Car Wash was an awesome experience from start to finish. The customer service really stood out. Maysen, Michael, and Andre were all super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything, made sure I was taken care of, and kept things moving smoothly. It’s refreshing to go somewhere where the staff actually cares about customers and does their job with a good attitude. My car came out looking great, and the service alone is enough to make me come back. Highly recommend!

Super Star is great! It’s about the details, the free towels, the rubber floor mat scrubber, the free air fresheners!! Team has always been willing to help and very helpful! We come every week and are never disappointed! Thanks so much!!

08/03/25 Update: Unfortunately I have to remove a star because I believe in integrity. Despite someone from the company reaching out to my review (and my taking them up on their offer) I have only received 5 copy/pasted identical emails saying "they're looking into the matter." It has pretty much been a month of being strung along with no action. I have tried reaching out a couple of times to no avail. Whether or not this is intentional, I find it very disappointing that there is a clear disconnect between their public facing situation (responding to reviews) vs how they actually treat customers (not actually executing on following up). ----- We got the mid-tier option and came away disappointed. I have been going to Super Star for almost a year & I’ve been very happy. The only thing that I wish they had were the machines to wash plastic mats. Huge shout outs to Mike, Mason & Jay! They have ALL been VERY helpful with GREAT customer service skills.

✨ MAGIC is in the air at super star. a whimsical young lady gave me quite the delight today!
