Super Star Car Wash - Full Service - 79th Ave & Lower Buckeye Rd

Worst car wash ever!!! Would give ZERO stars if I could! Have tried this location multiple times thinking it was isolated instances but unfortunately it was not. I get the full service and each time have had a problem! From not vacuuming or missing the entire back part of the suv or not blowing or vacuuming the pockets on the doors, windshield not cleaned, side mirrors not cleaned, things not wiped like doors inside or display. Just horrible. The workers there don’t care and just do a quick wipe of stuff and move on to the next car. Even got the leather conditioning done and apparently they included a free conditioning for all the crumbs on the back seat. DO NOT recommend at all! Better off just doing it yourself since you have to anyways!

I came to get my truck washed and they tried to charge $10-15 extra for mud… excuse me? Lol I could understand if the mud was everywhere and thick, but it’s a thin layer (pic) at the bottom. Your prices are already $33-40 dollars for a decent wash. Compared to your competitors around the area that’s already super high, needless to say I left and won’t be back, and that is how you lose 10+ years of service.

I’ve always been happy with the service I’ve gotten here. The manager is very helpful and nice, and the workers are too. Unfortunately I’ve had a very bad experience with claims representative Patricia Solis. I had an incident happen at this location where another vehicle backed into me in the car wash tunnel. My insurance needed a statement from the car wash and their website instructs you to submit a claim rather than go to the location directly. I did this back in July. Since then Patricia Solis was assigned my case and she has done absolutely nothing. For the first two months I kept receiving “we’re working on this”. I was trying to be patient because I just want their help. Then when I try to check in she tells me the location manager is supposed to help me, which was never communicat

Best car wash I’ve found! Jason the manager of the store takes great care of his customers. Haven’t had this type of service anywhere else. Always recommend.
