5 starts for this car wash experience!! Alvin was a superstar, gave me all the options to get the best deal for my car wash! And Matt sprayed my car off so good before I went through. A huge smile on his face. Overall great experience. The free dash wipes and air fresheners are a plus. I will be back!

This was the first time we visited this location, but the overall experience was great! Alvin was the epitome of professionalism, and was courteous and polite to boot! The car wash itself was clean, the wash was thorough and the vacuums had adequate suction. We purchased the monthly pass and we're glad we did, because we will definitely be back. Went to get my truck washed this evening and when I came from the tunnel I noticed my passenger side mirror had come undone while in the wash. I brought this to attention to an employee who was very helpful and actually listened to what I had to say. I finally got to speak with the manager and I guess I should use speak very lightly being i didnt get to really speak. The manager was very rude and never gave me the chance to speak, every time I asked if I could speak he would stop then as soon as I attepted to speak he would speak as well. He also called me childish while he was explaining to me how the car wash would do nothing for me and several times stated I would write a complaint which I never mentioned until we were done only because he was very rude to me and never let me speak. Great Carwash, always leaves my cars sparkling clean, and the vacuums work great! The towels, window cleaner and air hose are great additions. This is one of the best car washes I’ve used, Matt came around checking on people and making sure the towels were fu. Always friendly staff!

I always have a great experience here. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make the whole process super easy. They consistently keep the area stocked with everything you need for post-wash cleaning; the towels, sprays, and interior supplies are always available and well organized.
