Super Star Car Wash - Jacksboro Hwy & University Dr

Horrible car wash. I paid $24 for the supposedly best wash that was offered and it did an unsatisfactory job removing light dirt from my truck. Mind you my truck is waxed every 3 months so the dirt should've been washed off without any effort. The whole wash cycle took less than a minute and I'm certain their tire shine machine and ceramic wax cycle was down. The wash attendant was extremely pushy in regard to selling me a monthly membership, even though i stated I don't live in the area. The first initial wash was horrendous and immediately circled back to get a complementary rewash and here is the result. (See photos.) Tamika was amazing! She greeted me right away and made sure I understood all the services they offered. She was friendly, professional, and very patient. She took her time making sure my car was well taken care of and checked in to be sure everything looked good before I left. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Tamika definitely delivered. I really appreciate her positive attitude and the way she goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Too pricey for the lack of quality. I told the lady I didn't want a membership and she said she was going to going through it all anyways. Said they focused on the tires. Clearly they don't akd my windshield was stil extremely dirty. Definitely won't be back and don't recommend.
