Super Star Car Wash - Midvale Park Rd & Valencia Rd

Car came out the same for $18. The driver side brush did not work and the top brushes did not work and this did not clean the windshield or the top. We ran it again with the same results. I usually like this place, but this time it was jot good. May the odds be ever in your favor.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service from Jesus! I had a great experience at this car wash thanks to Jesus. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done perfectly. He went above and beyond to explain the services, kept me updated, and made sure my car looked spotless by the time I left. You can tell he really cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend asking for Jesus—excellent customer service!

I want to thank Ben (ASM) for taking time out of his day to greet and go over a billing matter with me. Not only did he exceed my expectations his team did as well. All smiles and thank you’s from each team member I encountered and that is not the norm these days. I applaud the entire team here on Valencia & Midvale.

Think Twice...My car was damaged as the car in front of me went of the track causing my vehicle to continue hitting the back end to this vehicle. Super Star Car Wash DENIED my claim. I only had my car for 1 1/2 weeks and it still had temporary plates, I thought this was a reputable company. Apparently not! This is no way to run a business when the community puts trust in a business. I should have known when cones blocked from entering the car wash a week before, only the vacuum area was opened. Over the past year, the vacuums barely worked, there were no clean towels. We will be contacting our attorney to have this addressed and hold Super Star Car Wash accountable.

Jesus at Super Star Car Wash is awesome. He always has great customer service and is genuinely really nice every time I come through. He’s friendly, helpful, and makes the whole experience better. Definitely appreciate him!
